According to The Daily Mirror, Manchester United have struck a deal with Corinthians for Brazilian defender Jose Rodolfo Pires Ribeiro, better known as Dodo.
At only 17-years-old the centre-back is being compared to Rio Ferdinand, because of his ability on the ball and power in the air.
Dodo is currently at the South American Under-17 Championships with Brazil.
Apparently the young starlet would have no problem attaining a visa or work permit, due to his Portuguese background.
United are thought to have agreed to pay up to £5 million based on performance, should he break into the first team and establish himself in the first team.
